Beautifully Presented Luxury European Caravan.

This Caravan is an absolute credit to its previous owners. No signs of wear and tear inside, and doesnt have a "caravan" smell!! It was 1st registered in 2000, however would pass as a caravan that is nearly new.
I believe the main thing that stands out with this caravan, to most others of its size AND specification is it only weighs 747kg! So can be pulled by most 4 cyclinder cars; behind my Prado, I don't even feel it! It tows easily and with no swaying, sits nice and smooth on the road. Ideal caravan for someone new to towing. It has all the creature comforts of its BIG counterparts, but weighs nearly a ton lighter, so very economical to tow and use on long road trips. Approx 17 foot with the hitch, it really is a tardis, and includes:-
** Fully Double Glazed throughout, great for insulation in the summer and winter.
** Fly screens on every window, the door and the skylight.
** Blackout blinds throughout, great to keep the heat out.
** Lightweight and strong Al-ko galvanized chassis.
** 3 way fridge, gas, 12v, 240v.
** Kitchen-Full Oven, grill, 4 gas burners. Sink and mixer taps (hot/cold)
** 2 Singles OR King Size bed, not fixed, makes up in minutes- Maximizing living space in the caravan.
** En-suite, Toilet, hand basin & Shower, Hots and cold water.
** Plenty of storage cupboards and wardrobe.
** Blown Heating and ambient Air, NOT Airconditioning, this can be fitted however.
** Annex as shown in pictures, is mine and just awsome as so quick and easy to put up, however can be purchased seperatly for $200, it is a "porchlite plus" by revolution. In as new condition. Can be used as annex or awning, great when having just a few nights away. Approx 2 x 2 metres, so not huge, but great for just that little extra space.
** Sold with Electrical Safety Certificate.
** QLD, QGA gas certification & 12 months QLD rego **(unless negotiated down on price and the purchaser to arrange their own gas, road safety certificate and rego)**

** Please come view the caravan, and then go to your local used caravan sales yard to compare prices for a similar specification caravan! I know the buyer will be very happy and knowing they have had a bargain. And be more stylish than their mates!!
